Volunteering at our community garden
The garden wouldn't run without our volunteers! We appreciate everyone who wants to help out and we invite everyone to visit our community garden and help keeping the garden clean and healthy.
During the academic semesters we host a group of volunteers which get the opportunity to participate in democratic decision making and help hosting working bees or workshops. We open applications for volunteers twice a year: in February for Semester 1 and in June for Semester 2. Everyone is invited to apply around that time. We usually accept around 8-14 volunteers which stay engaged for one Semester. However, everyone is welcome to stay for longer. Being a volunteer coordinator is also a huge bonus for getting the chance of being a paid facilitator and all hours will count into the LiCA (uni action).
